Refund Policy

Our delivery promise: If we don't deliver your report within the promised time, you get a full refund. If the report doesn't cover what was promised, tell us within 7 days and we'll redo it or refund you.

Payments are processed by PayPal, so your purchase is also covered by PayPal's buyer protection policies.

Delivery times. Supplier Quick Check: within 24 hours of payment confirmation. For custom requests, the delivery time in our written quote applies.

How to ask for a refund. Email support@zu67.com with your order details and the reason. We will reply within one business day and, where a refund applies, process it to your original PayPal payment.

What is not refundable. A report that was delivered on time and covers everything promised in its product description is not refundable because the findings differ from what you hoped for — for example, if the supplier turns out to be riskier than expected. That finding is part of the research you paid for.
