Inquiries and order acceptance
Submitting a request asks us to assess a task. It does not place an order, accept a quote, authorize a payment or guarantee service availability. Do not send money with an inquiry.
Quotes and execution
Before an order is accepted, the written quote specifies the service, fee, other costs, timing, completion conditions and customer responsibilities. Additional work requires agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Terms for cancellation, work already performed, third-party costs and uncompleted work are agreed before payment. If we cannot complete the agreed work, we explain the situation and handle the uncompleted portion according to the agreement and applicable rights. There is no blanket no-refunds rule. Refund submission and bank receipt may occur at different times.
Third parties
We do not guarantee a seller's performance, lowest prices or the safety of a company. We are independent and do not claim platform endorsement.
Contacting us does not place an order. This website does not collect payments.
